• To be eligible for the car giveaway, participants must attend the Christmas Gala.

• Immediate family members of event organizers, board members, and volunteers are not eligible to win the grand prize.

• The transfer of ownership and signing of the title for the grand prize car will occur on the evening of the event.

• The winner of the car giveaway is responsible for all applicable state taxes.
